Silver Lake Park is a 260-acre county park located west of Kenosha. Take Hwy. 50 west from I-94 to Hwy. F, then south approximately 1 mile to entrance. After entering the park, veer left and proceed to the beach parking area; turn left into the beach parking lot. Note: there is a summer entry fee to the park which participants are responsible for.

• Discounts available to members of the Grayslake Running Club and the 3-Fitness Tri Team. See your club's web site for details.
• Minimum of 8 registrations one week prior to clinic date. Please register early.
• Registration is closed.
• Online registration is by credit card.
• Payment in full is required to hold your place in a clinic.
• Please note there are no refunds or transfers on the clinic fee unless cancelled by 3-Fitness.
• You may transfer your entry to another person as long as the transfer is done no later 7 days before the clinic date.
• Both the original purchaser and the new participant must contact Coach Ken Johnson, and are responsible for exchange of fees between themselves.
