I just finished my Spirit of Racine Blue Wave Sprint Triathlon! Your open water swim clinic in Silver Lake Park helped greatly. I placed third in my age group and felt very calm and comfortable for the swim. I sighted as you taught us on the buoys on my right side by breathing always on my right side. Thank you again for all the tips and advice, you made my first race much easier!
